Title: Spinach (Marks)

2lbFresh spinach;
1tsSeasame oil;
2clGarlic; minced
1tbToasted seasame seeds;

Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds.
